With over a decade of experience in residential and real estate cleaning, she discovered that Airbnb properties brought together everything she loves — transforming homes and elevating each guest’s stay. For her, short‑term rentals are the perfect blend of hospitality and presentation.
Josh brings 8 years of experience growing a company from a small team of 10 to over 100 staff. He thrives in fast‑paced environments, managing operations, numbers, and customer relationships with ease. His ability to stay calm under pressure and keep systems running smoothly is the backbone of our service.
Together, we created Coastal Stays Perth to combine our strengths: Hannah’s eye for detail and guest experience, and Josh’s operational expertise and business leadership. Our goal is simple — to take the stress off you, maximise your property’s potential, and ensure your home, your guests, and your profits shine.
